Refund policy

At N3 Motors, we care about our customers' satisfaction, so we accept returns of products under the following conditions:
• The return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• The customer bears the shipping costs for the return, unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded using the same original payment method within 1-9 business days
